On February 7, 2024, the PM Club hosted a workshop titled “How Project Quality Assurance Impacts Operational Excellence” in SH4 Hall. Led by Dr. S. Sivakumar, a senior academic in the Civil Engineering Faculty at the University of Jaffna, the event ran from 1 PM to 4 PM.r. Sivakumar shared valuable insights on the critical role of quality assurance in enhancing operational efficiency across projects. Participants engaged in discussions about effective strategies for implementing quality measures, as well as the challenges organizations face in maintaining high standards. The workshop fostered a collaborative environment, encouraging attendees to share experiences and best practices.
