The HR Club successfully conducted the Undergraduate Research Symposium on Human Resource Management in collaboration with the University of Jaffna, providing a dynamic platform for undergraduate students to showcase their research and innovative ideas in the field of HRM. The event featured paper presentations, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, bringing together students, academics, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and perspectives.
