The HR Club organized an informative seminar for HR students on Women’s Rights within Sri Lanka’s Legal Framework. The session aimed to raise awareness about the legal protections, rights, and opportunities available to women under national laws, as well as to highlight ongoing challenges in achieving gender equality. Expert speakers shared valuable insights on topics such as workplace rights, protection against harassment, equal pay, and legal remedies available for violations. The seminar encouraged active discussion, allowing students to clarify doubts and deepen their understanding of gender-related legal issues. This initiative not only enriched students’ knowledge but also inspired them to promote fairness, inclusivity, and respect in their future professional environments.
