The 3rd Undergraduate Research Symposium on Accounting and Finance – URSAF 2026 was successfully conducted on 6th July 2026 by the Department of Finance and Accountancy, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya under the theme “Innovative Research in Accounting and Finance: Driving Sustainable Economic Growth”. The program featured a keynote speech by Prof. Prageeth Weerathunga and a panel discussion with undergraduate students. The symposium provided a valuable platform for students to present their research, share knowledge and ideas, and develop their academic and research skills in the fields of Accounting and Finance. It further provided an opportunity for students to improve their research presentation, communication, and academic skills.
