On the Memorial Day of Senior Professor Ambalam Pushpanathan, the Accountancy and Finance Club organized a plantation program on 3rd March 2026 in the university canteen area. The program was conducted with the active participation of students, who worked together to plant several plants around the canteen premises. The main objective of this program was to improve the greenery and environmental sustainability of the campus while encouraging students to take responsibility for protecting and maintaining their surroundings.
The plantation program was a successful and meaningful activity that brought students together to contribute positively to the university environment while marking the Memorial Day with a valuable and sustainable initiative.
