Biography

Silvaster Ajitha currently serves as a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Project Management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management Honors degree in Project Management and has previously contributed as a Temporary Assistant Lecturer within the same department. In addition to her academic role, she gained practical experience as a Field Assistant and Intern Trainee at AMCOR under the RESUME-II project, where she was involved in field-based research and community-oriented development work.

Ajitha possesses strong leadership, communication, and self-motivation skills, which she continuously applies in both academic and professional settings. Her interests lie in project planning, development studies, student engagement, and applied research. She is committed to fostering interactive learning environments and contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices within the field of project management.
