Prof. Y. Nanthagopan, Department of Project Management, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya conducted a session titled “Introduction to Strategic Planning and Management in Universities and Institutes” as part of the Staff Induction Programme on 17 July 2026 at the University of Vavuniya. The session provided valuable insights into the fundamentals of strategic planning and management within higher education institutions, contributing to the professional development and institutional awareness of newly inducted staff members.
