The Cluster Series-03 event, themed “Actiums,” was held on March 20, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at SH4, organized by the PM Club of the Department of Project Management at the University of Vavuniya. The event commenced with a welcome speech by the Project Management Club President, who emphasized collaboration and creativity. First-year students showcased their understanding of project management through a lively role play, followed by insightful speeches from second-year students about their academic experiences. Third-year students expressed gratitude to former treasurer Mrs. S. Mathivathiny for her mentorship. The first-year students returned for a captivating dramatic presentation, and a reflective poem by a second-year student added depth. Second-year students engaged the audience with another role play, and a TV program segment highlighted innovative student collaborations. The event concluded with a vote of thanks from the club secretary, celebrating the contributions of all involved. Overall, Cluster Series-03 successfully fostered community spirit and showcased the talents within the department.
