On February 9, 2025, the Project Management Club organized the “Chill with Vanilla Ice Cream” programme, which took place at the university playground. Scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM, the event was designed to offer students a fun, casual, and relaxing break during a typically intense academic schedule. With temperatures rising during this time of year, the idea of serving cold and creamy vanilla ice cream resonated well with the student community, drawing a large turnout from various departments.
Each ice cream cone was sold at 100 rupees, and the sales exceeded expectations, indicating strong student interest and effective promotion by the organizing team. Beyond its purpose as a fundraising initiative, the event also provided a platform for students to mingle, unwind, and strengthen peer relationships in a stress-free setting. Club members took charge of everything from procurement and marketing to setup and service delivery, demonstrating excellent team coordination and responsibility. The success of this event reinforced the importance of student-led, low-budget initiatives that bring both enjoyment and financial support to the Club’s ongoing academic and extracurricular programs.
