Biography
I am a Senior Lecturer, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Jaffna and an MBA from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. Presently, I serve as the Head of the Department of Human Resource Management. My research interests are centered on Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, Occupational psychology and Organizational Behavior.
