Biography

Mr. Packiyanathan Mathushan currently serves as a Senior Lecturer (Gr.II) in the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Vavuniya, Sri Lanka. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management from the University of Jaffna (2017) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (2022). With over five years of teaching experience, he has contributed to academic programs at Uva Wellassa University, the Open University of Sri Lanka, and the University of Jaffna. His teaching interests focus on human resource management, business management, and entrepreneurship. Mr. Mathushan is an active researcher with over 25 peer-reviewed articles and more than 20 international conference presentations. His primary research interests include human resource management (HRM), human resource development (HRD), entrepreneurship, social innovation, and the integration of emerging technologies in HR practices.
