The HR Club of the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya, successfully organized a club activity focused on designing and selling a desk calendar. The calendar was uniquely created using attractive photographs of the University of Vavuniya premises. HR club members were actively involved in selecting Photographs, designing the calendar layout and finalizing the content. This activity was conducted as a fundraising initiative by the HR Club through the preparation of a university calendar. The calendar was distributed and sold to university stakeholders to generate funds. The amount collected will be utilized for future HR club activities and programs, supporting academic and student development initiatives
