On the 23rd of July 2025, at SH4 Hall, the Department of Business Economics hosted its first Undergraduate Research Symposium (URSBE 2025), with support from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka. The event celebrated student-led research and highlighted innovative projects across the department.
The symposium provided a platform for students to present findings, discuss methodologies, and receive constructive feedback. It inspired further research engagement and marked the beginning of a tradition that promotes academic excellence and collaborative learning.
