It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Department of Business Economics. On 18th March 2021, the Department of Business Economics was established. The department offers Bachelor of Business Management Honours in Business Economics since 2006. The Department of Business Economics emerged from the former the Department of Economics and Management which was established under the Faculty of Business Studies in April 1997. The undergraduate degree program provides students with a compact foundation in the discipline of business economics as it designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, competencies and practical experiences essential to excel in their career.
