Senior Prof. Poongothai Selvarajan, Senior Professor in Management was invited to serve as a Resource Person at the 10th International Faculty Development Programme (IFDP) of Chandigarh University, Punjab (the No.1 Private University in India) from 29th June to 10th July 2026.
She conducted three Sessions on “Counselling and Mentoring Skills for University Academics”, “Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education: Formative and Summative Assessments” and “Application of Business Intelligence in Organizations” for the academic members of the Apex Institute of Management, the management school of Chandigarh University. She actively participated in the development programmes of the faculty and involved in the Curriculum Development, Research initiatives and the interactive sessions with the faculty members and the international experts toward the implementation of best practices.
She was honoured by the entire team of the Chandigarh University and she got the offer to serve as an International Visiting Faculty this time too. It promotes not only for her academic development but also for the departmental, faculty and the institutional development of the University of Vavuniya as well.
