It consists of fifteen main tracks namely,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accounting and Finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agribusiness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banking and Insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Economics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Information Systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cross-Cultural Communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrepreneurship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Human Resource Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International Business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regional Planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tourism and Hospitality Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-e30e70ecdb2eb3445fe40d36cc432e1b\"><strong>Paper Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The full paper must be original and has not been previously published in another conference or journal, nor is currently under review by another conference or journal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papers must be sent in MS Word format through Conference Management Toolkit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All papers must conform to RCBS standard \u2013 single-column format set in MS Word Template (<a href=\"https:\/\/fbs.vau.ac.lk\/rcbs2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Rcbs_2024_Manuscript_Templates.docx\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fbs.vau.ac.lk\/rcbs2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Rcbs_2024_Manuscript_Templates.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download Template HERE<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The paper must be written in English, including Introduction, Literature review, Methodology, Results and Discussions, Conclusion and Recommendations, and References.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The full paper should contain a maximum of <strong>3000 \u2013 3500<\/strong> words.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Full papers for the presentation at the conference will be selected through blind review process. At least one author for each accepted paper must register and pay the fees for the conference by <b>16<sup>th<\/sup> of May, 2025<\/b>, in order to include the paper in the program and the conference proceedings. By submitting a paper to present at RCBS-2025, you explicitly agree that you will definitely register for the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f744cddaaba5c12d6f14bfa3e0d37d7a\"><strong>Publications Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The abstracts of all accepted papers will be published in the \u2018Proceedings of the Research Conference on Business Studies\u2019, in print and electronic version with ISSN 2478-1126 and E-ISSN 2478-1258, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference proceedings will be indexed by CrossRef and Google Scholar.
