The main theme of this conference is <b><i>\u2018Unlocking Business Frontiers: Exploring Innovations and Knowledge Diffusion\u2019<\/b><\/i>. The conference aims to address the current issues that includes various areas, such as Management, Business, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, English Language Education, and Information Technology. Internationally recognized scholars will participate in this conference to present their latest researches and best practices.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">The Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya calls for full papers for the 5th Research Conference on Business Studies \u2013 2024 (RCBS-2024). Since the Faculty of Business Studies was established in 1997, it has successfully completed 27 years of service in business higher education.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Renowned academics from abroad are participating as Keynote Speakers for this conference. The panel discussion will be held at the conference by the heads of professional institutions on the conference theme <b><i>\u2018Unlocking Business Frontiers: Exploring Innovations, and Knowledge Diffusion.\u2019<\/b><\/i><\/p><p align=\"justify\">The leading national institutions namely; the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Certified Management Accountants (CMA), Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), Institute of Bankers Sri Lankan (IBSL), Responsible Project Management (RPM) and Project Management Institute (PMI) Sri Lankan Chapter join as exclusive partners to this conference.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">We expect the event to draw over 300 participants, including renowned keynote speakers, scholars, professionals, and academics scattered throughout Sri Lanka and abroad.
