The workshop was conducted by Ms. S. Sathuthika Sasikumar (Alumna), Lecturer in Project Management, University of Vavuniya, who shared practical guidance on selecting suitable internship opportunities, identifying organizations aligned with career goals, preparing effective CVs, and developing essential technical and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop also covered strategies for securing internships, professional workplace conduct, networking, and maximizing learning opportunities during the internship period.
