The workshop, held for Project Management students, focused on promoting women\u2019s leadership, entrepreneurship, career opportunities, and participation in decision-making. Mr. S. Senthurajah, Executive Director of SOND and Coordinator of SWOAD, Ampara District, served as the resource person. The three-hour session was highly interactive, with students actively engaging in discussions and sharing their views.
