Quiz Competition 4<\/h4>\n

The Project Management Club of the University of Vavuniya hosted a quiz competition on April 18th, which engaged first-, second-, and third-year students in separate time slots. The event encouraged learning, healthy competition, and assessment of knowledge and skills among Project Management students. Winners across all three-year groups were recognized for their achievements, with students from each year securing the top three positions. This event was an excellent platform to foster academic excellence and camaraderie among students..<\/p>\n

Quiz Competition 3<\/h4>\n

The Project Management Club arranged QUIZ COMPETITION majoring in the project management stream for all first, second, third year project management students on 26th May 2023 through LMS.<\/p>\n

\n3rd year \u2013 6.30PM \u2013 7.00PM

The first, second, and third places, respectively, were the winning places. Three winners were chosen from each batch. 2020\/PM\/21 achieved the top spot among first-year students (2020\/2021), while second place was secured by 2020\/PM\/31 and third place by 2020\/PM\/91. While 2019\/PM\/33 achieved first place in the second-year batch (2019\/2020), 2019\/PM\/41 and 2019\/PM\/19 won second and third places, respectively.<\/p>\n

In the third-year batch (2018\u20132019), 2018\/PM\/25 won first place, followed by 2018\/PM\/58 and 2018\/PM\/36, which secured 2nd and 3rd places, respectively. The highest number of participants was founded in the 2nd year, which was 79 students, and in the third year, 36 students, and in the first year, 24 students participated in this competition.<\/p>\n

The core purpose of conducting such a competition is to guide the students for their examination and refresh their learning subjects to go for a better result. This Quiz games were fun and educational at the same time. Students imparted knowledge as well as act as stress relievers at times and allowed them to get one step ahead of the rest. These quizzes were built students\u2019 general knowledge and also boosted their confidence.<\/p>\n

These games were fun and encouraged students to push themselves to improve the next time. PM Club think conducting such competitions would help students better engage with their studies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

An QUIZ COMPETITION was arranged by the Project Management Club of the Faculty of Business Studies at the University of Vavuniya for all first-, second-, and third-year students majoring in the project management stream. The competition was held using university LMS. Following were the three days when the competition was held:<\/p>\n

1st year students \u2013 21\/05\/2022
\n2nd year students – 26\/05\/2022
\n3rd year students – 27\/05\/2022

The first, second, and third places, respectively, were the winning places. Three winners were chosen from each batch. S. Sasikumar achieved the top spot among first-year students (2019\/2020) with an 82.5 grade, while M. Dishan and K. A. A. N. Kiththanpahuwa won second and third places, respectively, with the similar grade of 77.5. D.Srikandaraja, a student in the second-year batch (2018\/2019), won first place with an 83.6 marks, followed by S. Yadharshika and T. Tharan, who placed second and third, respectively, with 79.6 and 75.6 grades. Among the third-year batch (2017\/2018), A.A. Fathima Haseefa got first place with the highest score of 100, while Z. Farook and S. Rajini both came in second with the same grade of 88. The winners have been commenced on 31st May 2022.<\/p>\n

The main purpose of conducting such a competition is to guide the students for their examination and refresh their learning subjects to go for a better result. We think conducting such competitions would helpful to students for a better engagement with their studies. Since there were more than 180 participants, we believe that the Project Management Club has done well in this competition.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

For the very first the Project Management Club of the Faculty of Business Studies of the University of Vavuniya was arranged their ONLINE QUIZ COMPETITION through LMS platform for all first-, second-, and third-year students majoring in the project management stream. The competition was held using university LMS. Following were the three days when the competition was held:<\/p>\n

1st year students \u2013 13\/11\/2021
\n2nd year students – 20\/11\/2021
\n3rd year students – 06\/11\/2021
\n

A.O.M.Dilshan achieved the top spot among first-year students (2019\/2020), while M. Dishan and M.A.D.Sageeth won second and third places, respectively, D.Srikandaraja, a student in the second-year batch (2018\/2019), won first place, followed by D.U.S.Bandara and P.G.A.R.Bandara, who placed second and third. Among the third-year batch (2017\/2018), A.D.Umanga got first place, while P.Jinoshanth and S. Rajini both came in second with the same grade. The winners have been commenced on 25th November 2021.<\/p>\n

The main purpose of conducting such a competition is to guide the students for their examination and refresh their learning subjects to go for a better result.
