The programme encouraged students to temporarily disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with real-life experiences, promoting mindfulness, personal well-being, and a healthy balance between technology use and daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative provided participants with an opportunity to engage in meaningful face-to-face interactions and strengthen their connection with their surroundings.
