Vavuniya Journal of Business Management (VJBM) is a bi-annual, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya, Sri Lanka. The journal follows an open-access publication model, ensuring free and unrestricted access to scholarly research for readers worldwide. Its core mission is to disseminate original, high-quality research and serve as a reliable reference source in the field of Business Management.
Volume 7, Issue 1 (June 2024) features a collection of research articles addressing contemporary business and management issues in Sri Lanka. The issue includes studies on strategic behavior in Ayurveda firms, artificial intelligence readiness in SMEs, bibliometric analysis of management information systems, the relationship between capital management and firm performance, and the impact of ownership structure on dividend policy in licensed commercial banks. The issue is supported by a strong editorial and advisory board comprising senior academics from national and international universities.
