The Department of Human Resource Management conducted an online workshop on A\/L past paper discussion for commerce stream students as a community outreach activity on the 13th of October 2021. This workshop majorly aims to facilitate the A\/L Commerce stream students to prepare themselves for answering the HR-related questions in the Business Studies subject. Around 60 participants, including students and teachers, actively participated in the session. The Dean, Faculty of Business Studies, commenced the program, and the Vice-Chancellor, University of Vavuniya, addressed the students and guided them on approaching the questions and discussed the answering techniques to be followed in the A\/L examinations to manage the time successfully and to answer the questions effectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

The resource persons discussed the 15 years of HR-related past paper questions with the students and clarified them The participants actively participated throughout the workshop, and the resource persons enthusiastically clarified the participants\u2019 doubts. Overall, the session was both informative and exciting, and it could be observed that most of the participants of this workshop find it useful not only for their learning but also for managing their A\/L examinations effectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
