The session was conducted by Ms. Renusha Mithulan, Senior Lecturer, University of Jaffna. The objective of the webinar was to create awareness on how technological advancements are transforming Human Resource Management and shaping the future of work. During the session, the resource person discussed key areas including digital recruitment, HRIS, remote working, and data analytics in HR decision-making, providing insights into modern HR trends and technological developments.
