I am Abenayan Prasheenaa is a Lecturer in HRM, in the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Vavuniya. I have completed of Bachelor degree in Business Administration Specialization in HRM with first class from Eastern University, Sri Lanka and completed my Masters in Business Administration from Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Being a Young Academic I am doing my researches in the Fields of Work life Balance, Dynamic Capabilities, Organizational Performances and HRM related activities. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
