In today\u2019s dynamic business environment, the role of HR has evolved from administrative support to a core function that drives organizational culture, performance and transformation. Our curriculum, research initiatives, field visits and industry engagement are designed to reflect this shift.<br \/>\nAt our department, we aim to bridge theory with practice. We emphasize experiential learning, case-based teaching, internships and industry interactions to ensure our students are prepared to meet real-world challenges with confidence and creativity. Our faculty bring a mix of academic rigor and industry experience, fostering a learning environment that encourages innovation for the better decision-making.<br \/>\nWe also take pride in nurturing values such as empathy, diversity and inclusion which are the cornerstones of effective human resource management.
