MOU signing- Department of Human Resource Management, and hSenid Business Solution PLC

On 28^th February 2022, the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya and Hsenid Business Solution PLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the commitment to share the goal of enhancing effective teaching and learning for undergraduates of the University. The signing ceremony took place at the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya.

Dr. T. Mangaleswaran, Vice-Chancellor University of Vavuniya, Dr. Y. Nanthagopan, Dean Faculty of Business Studies, Mr. S. Harikaran, Head Department of Human Resource Management, have represented the University of Vavuniya. Mr. Sampath Jayasundara – Chief Executive Officer/Director- and Mr.Mahinda Pathirana – Head of Enterprise Delivery & Support, signed the MOU on behalf of hSenid Business Solutions PLC.

These collaborations expand the scope of the University’s Human Resource Management degree program, providing strategic value to the research by capturing the essence of HRIS and encapsulating the total automation of HR with Analytics and Artificial Intelligence-driven HR Technology breakthroughs. Through this MOU, partners from each institution aspire to improve undergraduate education with practical exposure to develop globally competitive and marketable graduates.
