Ms. Harshani Herath is a Lecturer (Probationary) attached to the Department of Business Economics, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management Honours degree in Business Economics from the University of Jaffna (2022) and is currently reading for a Masters in Economics at the University of Colombo. Her academic and research work centres on agricultural and development economics, with particular emphasis on production efficiency, household economic behaviour, and regional economic development in Sri Lanka. She has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers, and has been recognised for the quality of her research and presentations at national conferences. Alongside her teaching and research commitments, she contributes actively to faculty administration and student support<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
